Who, where and why
After recognising a gap in the food and beverage industry, Horizon Products was founded by serial entrepreneurs Pollyann Boy and Eddie Bridgens. Initially the company developed, created and supplied quality and affordable instant mainstream foods, including porridges, soups and cold drink powders. However, the founders had an innovative vision, which meant expanding its market.
It was shortly after Horizon Products’ launch that the Team diversified and developed a wide range of customised products that is fortified with vitamins and minerals.
Today, Horizon Products is able to meet the high expectations of consumers, as well as the requirements and needs of our customers. We are fully committed to a high standard of quality and consistency at reasonable prices.
About Our Founders
Horizon Products’ founders, Pollyann Boy and Eddie Bridgens, have invested a wealth of knowledge and experience into the Company. It is due to their expertise and continuous involvement that Horizon Products has evolved into the innovative food manufacturer that it is today.

Is a qualified Food Technologist with more than three decades worth of experience in the food industry.
Eddie
Bridgens
Has over 23 years’ experience in the food industry and is an expert in colours, flavours, spices and oleoresins.
